When will my order be dispatched?

Any monogrammed products have a max 7 day turn around. Your items will be dispatched accordingly to your shipping preference.
From there it will be handed over to Australia Post for delivery. Upon dispatch from the warehouse, you'll receive a dispatch email which will include all the tracking details relating to you order. Please note delivery will take longer than usual due to Australia post delays as they are also experiencing a high volume of deliveries.

In some cases, you may notice that your order is not displaying tracking information once dispatched. Please be rest assured that your order is in transit and will arrive safely.

  • Neue Blvd have the right to reprice your shipping rate due to the final weight of your order.
  • Standard Australia Post which offers limited tracking and takes 13+ business days*.
  • Express Australia Post which includes tracking and signature on delivery, usually 7-10 business days*.
  • * Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of Australia. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however, we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

All freight is calculated on weight. All charges quoted to the client are inclusive of GST.

E-BOUTIQUE SHIPPING TIME:

Delivery for orders placed Monday to Friday by 10:00 A.M. [For in-stock items only] are shipped via standard Australia post. Please allow 2-3 business days. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days for locations outside of South Australia.

These are estimated delivery times only, and unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee them. Neue Blvd will not be liable for any delay in delivery. In particular, orders placed during Sale/Promotional periods or during the lead up to Christmas may be subject to delay. 

Monogrammed items take 7 business days to be stamped and processed. We will notify you via email once your item has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be monogrammed and dispatched. We will notify you via email once your item has been dispatched. Same day dispatch is available on request.

Note: All orders are subject to availability.

PRE-ORDERS:

Pre-order dates are an estimate only, sometimes there are delays with new shipments. We will endeavour to get these sent out as soon as they arrive. If you require your item by a certain date please confirm in an email prior to placing your order.

OWNERSHIP AND RISK:

Ownership and risk of damage in the items passes to the client upon delivery to the clients specified delivery address.

E-BOUTIQUE CREDIT NOTES:

Eboutique credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue on the Neue Blvd eboutique only and are not redeemable for cash.

E-BOUTIQUE GIFT VOUCHERS:

Eboutique gift vouchers are valid from 1 year from the date of purchase on the Neue Blvd eboutique only and are not redeemable for cash.
